I have been going to PT for the past year with a few breaks after having Charcot foot surgery. It is a long process but Jessica and Matt were extremely patient with me. I was slowing down the last 2 months and having back issues. I am now waiting to have back surgery. I will be returning after I get released from my surgeon. It's a very friendly place and the other patients were very nice. I would recommend Irwin PT to anyone.
Edit after the company response to my review, I will never come back here. They could of at least notified patients that the provider wasn't in, just proves they are money hungry and don't care about patients. Mary treats you very rude on the phone and very disrepectful. Also they change providers on you without letting you know. I would highly not recommend this place
Update - back again at PTI and the name changed but Jessica and Matt are still on their game. They both provide exceptional care to help get you back to normal. Met a few new staff members this time around and they were all great. Keep up the good work. Jessica and Matt both were fantastic to work with during my rehab for rotator cuff and torn biceps surgery.
