The worst. Ended up with this policy through a broker. Huge mistake. Your family may be able to collect on your life policy because you will die of old age on hold waiting for someone. Save yourself - I wish I could have given a zero.
There customer service is bad, had a hard time getting through to someone to speak to.
I have been trying to reach them for the past 3 weeks I've called several times regarding an insurance matter but have not got a call back.
