They said they had working cameras after two dead bodies were found in the garages. They lied. Crime is bad here, and the 153 building is a plumbing nightmare. When their bad pipes flood an appartment they do nothing to reimburse for the damages and if you ask them to fix anything they'll end your lease. Also, there's not enough parking and they tow any car they can to extort 500 dollars out of the owner.
They don't take good care of the residents. There is very limited parking and they aggressively tow anyone without a resident sticker thats not in the visitor parking. The visitor parking is often full though. Package thefts happen all the time and they won't improve their security, or instal secure parcel lockers to protect resident deliveries. Also, property of mine has been destroyed by flooding due to faulty pipes and they refuse to compensate me.
Aeon missed the ball with this location. Stephanie Anderson, whom took over the position of rental manager, assaulted me after only being in office for 3 months. They withheld my Renters Rebate and I was only able to get it after calling the police, and she then evicted me. The law will have to handle this property.
Angel and Wayne are nice people but the entire building 153, is infested with mice and they supposedly went into our apartment twice without informing me to “spray for mice.”
Well first of all I will give this place 5 stars but it wasn’t like that when I first moved in my apartment it’s nice big closet space nice size living room I love my apartment and the space I have I like the fact I live on the first floor that way I don’t have to go up stairs carrying my groceries but when I first was trying to get this apartment it was a little difficult with the management they would never pick up the phone and never be in the office I would have to contact a another office just so he can send me a email ... read more
