The staff were friendly so I wanted to like this place, but my experience was just bad. I ordered ahead, and they didn't even START making the coffee until I was there (I even gave a 10 minute buffer time.) And then when I DID get it, it wasn't what I ordered. I asked for a cappuccino with caramel, but there was no caramel. Which would be fine...if the espresso wasn't old/burnt/dead.
