We got my engagement ring 18 years ago at Mitchell’s, which isn’t there any longer. My diamond fell out. I took it to Prospector Jewelers and was very impressed by them. It was done within 2 weeks with a whole new crown. It looks even better than before.
Was to expensive for me
Rating this business 1 stars is still too many. I’ve had repeated issues with an engagement ring that is only 6 years old losing diamonds. Each call to have the ring repaired has taken 8+ weeks for it to return. On the most recent incident the owner Tim refused to repair the ring and simply said, “beat of luck.” Worst customer experience I have ever had with a jeweler.
