Their DJ, Riley, screamed at the bride simply for asking him to play music from her playlist. Dancing was the part she was looking forward to and she was only able to dance for a small moment because she was so hurt by his yelling. He robbed her from the ability to celebrate her own wedding. Then, she only received a very small refund.
Overall, very great! They responded quickly and were generally nice. We booked our photographer (Nicole), videographer (Matt), and DJ (Eric) through The Pros. All of our professionals were amazing! I also paid for the photo retouching which is NOT done by the photographer (which is disappointing as Nicole knew what we wanted from our pictures). But overall, for the price and convivence of booking all through one website, would definitely recommend.
Frank did a wonderful job as the DJ for our wedding! He perfectly executed the feel that we were going for at our reception. I had many old song requests for a vintage/classic feel for our dinner portion of the reception and he found and played each one (even very rare songs)! I also requested my grandparents wedding song be played for a beautiful tribute to them in which they danced to and I will have that memory of dancing with them forever. I wanted to follow up on our wedding last Friday. We received rave reviews from Caroline, the photographer, and Eric, the DJ. They kept the party lively and enjoyable throughout the entire evening. Caroline worked tirelessly to capture all the moments and memories. A special shoutout to Caroline for lending me her ring when one of our groomsmen misplaced ours.
