I was able to explore the available photographers' portfolios and choose the one who matched our personalities. Our photographer was great. I used a photographer from The Pros for my wedding in Lake Geneva, WI. I had some concerns, but was very glad I could see the available photographers and their work, and pick one that fit my vibe the best. I give a 4 for some minor communication quirks, and some issues with the image retouching we ordered. These were eventually resolved, but our photo results were amazing and exactly what we wanted and expected based on what we could see and choose from on the service.
Extremely disappointed and saddened by the outcome of my wedding phots and video from this company. I have shed a lot of tears mourning the outcome. And you cant redo the photos for your day. Im sure they have some decent photographers who work for them but we unfortunately did not get them.
