As long as the money is flowing in it seems this company doesnt really care about anything else. Jackie in red deer ignores all complaints doesnt even have the decency to email people back. If you're looking for a property management company look elsewhere these guys are crooks

We are forever grateful for the Property Shop. We moved from Alberta to Ontario 6 years ago. Our house value had decreased since purchasing 8 years ago, so we decided to use the services from the Property Shop to rent it out. They have smoothly managed our property for the last 6 years. Very personal people, and they also seem to really care about the tenants. Thank you. To top it all off, they have a real estate service as well, and we decided we wanted to sell recently.
