Worst management company! I ended up managing it myself while paying them 12% they were pro tenant and rarely checked on the house. Manager was short, rude and greeted inspections talking on phone as if too busy! Plain rude, no country manners here just lazy greedy untrained employees. Save your money go elsewhere!
