Property Shop is not totally awful. The only positive thing I can say is that their communication is quite good and they're timely. But they're not good either. Not by a long shot. The things that they do to subtly exploit their leasees is outright dishonest and absolutely ridiculous. Our experience with this company was completely unprofessional. I assist my mother with daily paperwork and other obligations. My mother was in search of a new residence that would fit her financial needs. We saw a listing on apartments.com for a house in Henrico. As soon as we saw the listing we contacted the Property Shop to inquire about it.
