Set up a meeting weeks in advance to pay deposit and move into new place. Also arranged for utilities to be transferred and move out on said day. Not only did they 'forget' the appointment, but they then claimed that they had no space for another appointment that day despite being told that a baby was going to be without a place to live or sleep. Can't tell if management is callous or just incompetent.
Sold the apartment I'm living in without any notice or communication, never responds to calls or emails, never responds to maintenance requests and when they do they do a horrible job. Do not rent from this company.
