I listed my house with this company and it sat unsold for 6 months. There was no push from the realtor I had to sell my home. I got excuse after excuse, while other homes in a 5 mile radius were selling. Then after the contract was up I went with a bigger representation and got a cash offer in 4 days. I don't recommend this company honestly. They wasted my time, added stress, while being many miles away. Communication sucked with Nick. Watch out - Anita Florido is awful to work with! She isn't professional or kind enough to call back or communicate fairly, or openly. Hides information and months later, still won't forward promised papers. Rudely hangs up. Isn't afraid to LIE! I hate realtors lying about there being a well and septic, turns out she lied, and she knew she did. Unethical, esp. doing this to a cancer survivor fighting to get back up...I would warn all to not lose your money big time! You will lose lots working with Anita..
