If I could list zero stars I would. I honestly don’t know where to start. I rented a property in 2018 and I recently vacated due to uninhabitable housing and rental increase. To start, the property has never once been maintained, pest control has never been out, maintenance of any kind is never taken seriously. The Worst...Unprofessional...Scams...Fraud... Do Not Rent From These People...I rented property located *************************************** - They rent to me and collected ($3,700). The property was not fully completed to rent...locks to doors did not work, broken window they claim was not broken which had a crack, AC not working, roof linking, broken railing, and dirty carpet in pantry area, carpet on stairs could be replaced due to cat urine...put work order in have not received service yet...I moved on 1/29/2022...thi... read more

THEY COVERED UP HOLES WHERE RATS HAD. BEEN ENTERING THE HOME. As SOON AS IT GOT COLD OUT THE RATS RETURNED AND THEY REFUSED TO EXTERMINATE. WHEN I MOVED OUT I HADCA CLEANING SERVICE TO CLEAN THE HOME. THEY KEPT MY SECURITY SAYING THAT THE HOME WAS LEFT DIRTY ALTHOUGH I HAVE THE PICTURES TO PROVE IT. I WILL BE PERSUING LEGAL ACTION.
Unethical business practices. When I filled out the application, the app said the fee would be applied to the first/last/damage deposit if approved. I was told later that was wrong but they never compensated me anyway. Was told A/C was working after A/C tech came out, when in fact it was not. They refuse to have anyone come out to look at it. Takes forever to get someone to respond to any requests for maintenance unless it is an emergency. And they will charge you if they can come up with a way to show it was your fault. NEV... read more
The worst ever - due to health reasons I needed help with my rental, used them and wished I had not wasted my money and time. They never return calls; sent handyman to do work and charge as if a licensed professional went out... would suggest never using this company they lack professionalism, decorum and common courtesy. As a side bar I worked for one of the largest property management HOA's in the state and due to our business deal with property managers daily... this lady and her bubbies have no clue!!
Worst property managers ever. Haven't fixed one thing wrong with the house and completely ignore maintenance requests 80% of the time. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
