TPM is the worst rental experience I have ever had. They are the definition of a slum lord. They will be impossible to work with, communicate with, or reason with throughout the duration of your lease. Don't expect them to uphold any of their half of the rental agreement, because they won't lift a finger. Caroni is easily one of the rudest, most condescending people I've ever had the displeasure of speaking to.
