After moving out we have had the old $1299 rent taken out of our account two months in a row. Colleen keeps making excuse after excuse. I find it pretty amazing there are good reviews of this company. They must be getting treated a lot diff than their renters. Our place was an issue from the beginning - the A/C broken and us being told the day before we were moving in with movers already scheduled, etc. We were asked to come all the way to their office to pick up window units which we suffered with for a month until they replaced the A/C- think FL summer heat and bugs with 2 window units for a 1900 sf house.
