Worst experience renting through this company! 10/10 DO NOT recommend. First started when we initiated the application for the property and were given a move in date. We had asked multiple times for a tour (which they advertised on the website) and our asks were ignored for weeks. I recently applied for Pure property in Murfreesboro Tennessee. I was nearly done with application process everything approved moving along. I was asked to complete pet profiles for my dogs on a third party website. I completed profile, uploaded all veterinary records answered all questions. I was contacted by leasing agent. I would give negative stars if possible. Be ever so cautious of this company. They find ways to charge you for things that were unexpected. They are even trying to charge me over $1200.00 for an accounting mistake that THEY made. They have violated their own terms. They charged me for renters insurance. I got my own renters insurance and even provided proof of it but they still charged me even though they said they'd fix it. My opinion.....DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

My A.C. was out for over a year. PMC denier my request because it was the winter. My air wasn’t working during the spring, the A.C. Was broken. My son and I are disabled. I requested to move, they were not prompt. I be been charged in error, and now they won’t respond but are billing me.

We gave PMC more than a 70 days notice that we were trying to leave our property early (per our leases terms) and to give them ample time to relist the property in hopes of having it rented out with no over lap. They did not post our property as available to rent until 4 weeks AFTER we had moved out. We hired a professional cleaning crew and provided receipts, bought color matching paint to fix ANY blemishes so it would be available immediately, and had the lawn tended to. My experience with PMC was great in the beginning. However, we needed to break our lease due to safety issues at the property and because of covid related issues. When I spoke to PMC they acted as if they understood my situation and I was told they would speak to the owner about to reducing or removing the lease buyout fee. They told me multiple times on the phone and by email that they would reach out to the owner and that it was the owner’s decision to determine the lease buyout fee.
