Refused to make basic repairs after I moved in. Even said, well why did you move in “ when I asked the sinks and toilets to be fixed.
You really must question the morality of the individuals employed by this company. Upon move in, many repairs to the house were requested that have yet to be attempted. The individual who was renting the house prior to my family notified us that repairs were never completed when requested resulting in him relocating. A year later, the house was damaged by flooding during hurricane Florence. No repairs were even attempted after submitting relentless written requests for repairs.
