John and his team are incredibly communicative and professional. On top of being exceptional at managing our property, they helped us through the sale of it, which involved a lot of coordination with all the tenants, inspectors, realtors, etc. Additionally, John is incredibly knowledgeable and up to date on the latest laws and regulations and has handled nuanced situations with care. We could not have run or sold our property without his help. Our only regret is not working with them sooner!
I have been with the Property guys for 11 years now. They have been very accomodating in helping me "move" from one property to another, a stepping up, if you will. Any maintenance issue that arises has always been taken care of immediately. They are very good at keeping lines of communication open.
Lived in one of their townhomes for nearly 6 years and found them to be very fair and honest landlords. Maintenance was always done super fast! Pretty good at communicating, they were always nice and helpful. We never had any packages stolen or mail messed with. My only hope is one day the cul-de-sac paves the rest of the grass on the lot so that parking is less of an issue!

They use anything you tell them in your background to belittle & bully you on the phone. Not professional, and definitely someone as a rent would screw a tenant over in a second.
