I have been with the Property guys for 11 years now. They have been very accomodating in helping me "move" from one property to another, a stepping up, if you will. Any maintenance issue that arises has always been taken care of immediately. They are very good at keeping lines of communication open.
Lived in one of their townhomes for nearly 6 years and found them to be very fair and honest landlords. Maintenance was always done super fast! Pretty good at communicating, they were always nice and helpful. We never had any packages stolen or mail messed with. My only hope is one day the cul-de-sac paves the rest of the grass on the lot so that parking is less of an issue!

They use anything you tell them in your background to belittle & bully you on the phone. Not professional, and definitely someone as a rent would screw a tenant over in a second.
My son lived in a top floor apartment while in school. We only moved him out because the state went into lockdown due to Covid and his classes were canceled. It was a great place. Clean, well cared for, etc… Nolan and John were nice and easily accessible. I can’t remember the woman’s name, but she was very nice too. Would definitely live there again!
