Worst landlord in Eau Claire. My roommates and I and everyone we know that rented from them never got their security deposit back. My old roommate even took him to court over it several times but he just doesn’t show up. Maintenance requests don’t get fixed in a timely fashion. House was dirty when we moved in.
Been renting for them for almost 2 years now. Although maintenence requests take months to get a reply, they have some nice properties and have been pretty reliable to us. Pet friendly, and affordable
The worst experience I’ve ever had. Do not go through brickyard. They are absolutely awful. I’m a college student and whenever we need something they don’t pick up a call/text. It’s unbelievable how brutal this company is.
