I’ve rented both an apartment and a house through this property management group, and I can’t say enough good things. They’ve been consistently professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive. Anytime I had a maintenance request or a question, they got back to me quickly and took care of it without hassle. It’s rare to find a rental company that treats tenants with this level of care and respect. Highly recommend
The Property Group is a great property management company. They are VERY responsive to requests, and the communication is always there. The trades professionals they work with to do repairs have been great with communication and showing up on time as indicated. Highly recommend using this company to rent a property from in Colorado Springs!
