He was knowledgeable, rational and honest, when appraising the home, setting the expectations of the market, the property's value and timing. His advice was always solid in terms of getting the place on offer and settled. I had an issue come up during settlement and Shaun's advice ensured the house settled. His negotiation skills were great, it showed depth and years of experience.
