***BEWARE *** I applied to rent a property through this company and had a deeply concerning experience. I was instructed to submit application fees and pay for background checks, only to be informed afterward that the property was suddenly “no longer available.” If I could give this company zero stars I definitely would. I do not recommend! I saved my screenshots as well just in case they tried to delete the emails and they did by the way. Hopefully this review saves someone time and money.
Horrible experience, was looking for a place to live and they had a place I was interested in, applied payed the fee, got rejected for the not making 3x rent(no issues or complaints from me) My issues came from my 2nd attempt a month later, got a raise from my job that put me where I needed to be to meet the 3x amount, so when I saw “The Property Exchange” still had the property I wanted available online I reapplied, having to pay the application fee of $70 a second time, was approved, Just for ME to call THEM an hour later ... read more
I rented from them for a year. If anything breaks you might as well fix it yourself. They will send maintenance about a month later. $1000 Cleaning fee when we left the place spotless. Absolutely ridiculous.
They manage my property and do an excellent job. Found great tenants and make sure my property is taken care of with any repairs needed in a timely manner.
