I rented from them for a year. If anything breaks you might as well fix it yourself. They will send maintenance about a month later. $1000 Cleaning fee when we left the place spotless. Absolutely ridiculous.
They manage my property and do an excellent job. Found great tenants and make sure my property is taken care of with any repairs needed in a timely manner.
Pretty sure they denied me bc of my skin but make like they couldn’t verify my income even tho I sent deposits🤦♂️
