Since I have to give this place 1 star to review, I award it to the cool wildlife you see here randomly. Deer, cats, and armadillos. Very cute. Not the management company or apartment complex. I would give 0 if it were an option. Paid a $850 non refundable cleaning fee, spent 3 days on our hands and knees cleaning upon move in with two family members. It was disgusting. BEWARE: We paid $140 in application fees ($65 per adult plus additional processing), and our application was denied immediately after disclosing a bankruptcy in the notes. It does not appear that a full screening (credit, background, income verification) was completed before the denial. While the fee is stated as non-refundable, applicants should be aware that decisions may be made based on limited information without a full review. Horrible experience, was looking for a place to live and they had a place I was interested in, applied payed the fee, got rejected for the not making 3x rent(no issues or complaints from me) My issues came from my 2nd attempt a month later, got a raise from my job that put me where I needed to be to meet the 3x amount, so when I saw “The Property Exchange” still had the property I wanted available online I reapplied, having to pay the application fee of $70 a second time, was approved, Just for ME to call THEM an hour later ... read more
***BEWARE *** I applied to rent a property through this company and had a deeply concerning experience. I was instructed to submit application fees and pay for background checks, only to be informed afterward that the property was suddenly “no longer available.” If I could give this company zero stars I definitely would. I do not recommend! I saved my screenshots as well just in case they tried to delete the emails and they did by the way. Hopefully this review saves someone time and money.
