Exceptional. Honest, realistic and fair.
Karl is a ‘perfexcellent’ real estate agent. It’s my made up word but it aptly describes karl’s professional approach. Karl has worked with us a few times now to buy or sell a property as we have settled into Tasmania. We struck it lucky. He is so good at it. A gifted communicator, he is intuitive and sensitive in his assessments of what his clients need or want, but responds honestly based on his very sound market knowledge.
We saw through a few properties that the Property Culture team were showing and each time Karl was fantastic and really went the extra mile. Nothing was too hard and he was incredibly through on showing us around - even on larger properties.
Hearing about a friend's recent bad experience with other Agents elsewhere (a different state entirely) made me recall fondly just how fortunate my wife and I were in dealing with Karl at The Property Culture previously. Although this was a couple of years ago, it prompted me to share our experience. We actually met Karl years earlier when we were exploring the area as potential buyers.
