Great place friendly only place I would go to have my props repair.
I brought my bent prop shaft and strut into the shop. They notified me pretty quickly that the shaft was too far out of spec to repair and then they made me a new one in house, no waiting for shipping. If you have the ability to remove these types of parts yourself, just take them right over here. They also gave me the old parts back without me needing to ask.
Land ho! Susan at the Prop Shop is the real captain of customer service! She charted the course, asked all the right questions, and had me anchored with the perfect prop in no time. Quick, funny, and didn’t plunder my wallet — what more could you want? If you’re adrift and need help, steer your ship straight to Susan. Highly recommended!
I found a Volvo Penta tool on-line at the PropShop that saved me hours of work and hundreds of dollars. I am in Maryland and they shipped that tool to me in Two Days as promised for a very reasonable price. What an outstanding company!
