I went to their website to ask for more information, they emailed back fairly quickly and stated they don't accept students or co signers. I saw a posted review from another resident saying their school isn't far... it seems they do accept students after all. Perhaps the woman who emailed back named Kristin was not too knowledgeable.

the apartments are BEAUTIFUL!!!!! the rent is a little pricey, but its totally worth it. they have a gym, a pool and the mall the right across the street. i mean its not very close to my school... but i cant control that. still great apartments

This place could* be great but their ‘concierge’ staff all act like residents and guests are somehow a burden — perhaps bc we take away from their time spent staring at their phone (they’re also only at the desk about 20% of the time). It’s an absolute nightmare. I called asked if someone could help get me to the unit as I was lost, places like the 903 will walk you there— nope, not this place. The apartments are beautiful and clean with multiple different floor plans and options. Coming from Boston the rent is very reasonable compared to other downtown sites taking into consideration the amenities: gym, pool, roof deck, outdoor patio/grills, parking garage etc. Overall I've been very happy with my choice to live here for a year. My one major con is the shared laundry. It's nice that each floor has a separate laundry room but in unit laundry would have been ideal especially for a luxury building.
