We’ve had a great experience with the maintenance service in our community. Johnny, the technician who visits our unit, is always professional, friendly, and quick to help. He fixes everything properly from the first time and explains what he’s doing, which makes us feel very comfortable. He also arrives on time and keeps the place clean after finishing the work. We truly appreciate Johnny’s hard work and dedication. Thank you for keeping our home running smoothly!
The place is nice, apartments are good value for the cost but it is noisy! And you can hear your upstairs neighbor steps al the time.

Love living here. Regina Tupuola with Resident Services was amazing, kind, and super helpful. She made sure to cover all the important details for my apartment. Jose, Alan, and Johnny are all fantastic and attend to my maintenance needs quickly. They do a great job with any repairs or requests inside the apartment.
