I have made multiple complaints about trash being used as door stops, but no one has fixed the problem. I even submitted a maintenance request for it and it was just closed. We pay almost $4,000 a month to live here yet the complex can’t afford to buy door stops? It doesn’t make sense. I have asked office staff if they walk the grounds and I was told that “they don’t have time for that.”
Update 8/21/26: Marco fixed a leaky sink and Rey fixed the doorknob in two days. Awesome apartments. I love this place. Johnny was so dope. He snaked everything out and made the toilet work good as new. If I ever need future plumbing work or any handyman work, I'll call him directly.
Our maintenance guy Juan Hernandez was super helpful and quick! He also did a very good job at explaining how resolve the issues we were having with our washer and dishwasher. Very nice guy!
Marco consistently provides excellent service and resolves issues quickly. He always takes the time to explain the service performed and clearly communicates what issues were identified and fixed. His professionalism and attention to detail are greatly appreciated.
