I was looking to apply for a unit, but upon reviews there is bugs, garbage outside and worse of all a dead person was found here and it smells terrible NO THANK YOU!
I give a special thank you to Laura and Crissy and all the office staff for their amazing professional, friendly and helpfulness with a smile. Whenever something needs taking care of or sometimes a package is left with them they are willing to make sure I get things taken care of or hold the package until I pick it up. Such service is why I have stayed here so long. The place is old, but the price is reasonable, at least when I lived there. The location is good, which is close to Costco, 355 and 55 highway, Meijer..... What really annoyed me is that they never got rid of ants out my apartment. I reported it many times, the pest control tried many time too, but it never success.
Omg if there is a 0 rate I will rate this place 0 I was just there yesterday to see the unit and the smell the moment you walked in the building was horrible then when we walked in the apartment it looked so old it doesn’t look so presentable the floor needs cleaning garbage outside front of your balcony windows needed to be clean I just don’t see myself living in this apartment… but the people who were at the office was very helpful it’s just they need to be prepared on how to show there unit not many things needs to be do... read more
