Awful. Bugs, leaks, dead person left for weeks before they found them due to the smell. Worst management ever.
Update: after 6+ months I can confidently say that I like living here. They are working hard to upgrade and improve not only the apartments but the property/buildings. They are quick to address any repairs (not that much has happened and all so very minor) and answer any questions. It's not perfect but no place is but it's quiet when it should be and the neighbors/staff are so nice. My only complaint is recently someone has begun leaving trash around the building in common areas. Curious to see if it stops after contractors ... read more
This place is full of roaches, windows are all crap, floors are uneven, hallways full of smoke, hallway carpets are outdated and people smoking weed, packages of other tenants being stolen and door are always left open or damaged by tenants who don’t give a damn. The office staff keep changing their office hours, and they are the ones that complain that certain tenants order large packages to be delivered in that office.
