These guys have a habit of keeping the security deposit because not many people fight about it.
It's all fine until you move out and they find all the reasons to keep your security deposit such as adding fees for furniture cleaning, painting, blinds cleaning, carpet cleaning etc. despite leaving things in a very good condition. Cleaning between tenants is a common business practice and should not be charged against your security deposit. They charged 550$ for this cleaning and things were left in great condition.
Management has a shady habit of of keeping the security deposit because they know no one will fight them on it. Normal wear resulted in a charge of >$500. Would not recommend.
Have lived here for many years. The property is always clean, quiet, safe and very well maintained. Repairs and maintenance work is always done promptly. The on site manager Wais is always supportive and very attentive. Highly recommended!
Moved in about a year ago. Quiet and clean apartment complex. Manager Wais is very helpful from moving in process to maintenance request.
