I saw Charles a year or so ago what he taught me changed my life forever. I now meditate daily, and am happier than ever. Highly recommend.
Charles Mendler is the first counselor I’ve worked with that starting with the first session I felt as though I could open up and truly be myself with no judgement. When he says he provides a safe space, it isn’t just a saying of comfort, but one of truth. He is very compassionate, but also honest. It was hard work at times, but he provided me the tools I needed to face my demons and change a lot of the negative views that I held of myself.
About a year ago, I contacted Charles through a recommendation (I live in Tampa) we connected via video conference, and he has truly changed my life. I have tried going to counseling for my childhood trauma, well, since I’ve been a child. Charles has been the first and only therapist to break through with me, and truly help me understand how to better my life, and see things for how they are, how to walk the path of an empath, and overcome my childhood trauma.
