Seriously, don't even bother with these guys. They rescheduled my gutter cleaning like a million times, then showed up a day later without a notice. They didn't seem to care much. Not worth the hassle. Find someone else.
I hadn’t realized that the company that set up my holiday lights last year, Santa’s Sidekicks, is the Pro Clean Team the rest of the year. I’d been pleased with their work, prices & communication on the lights so when I learned about their other services, why not give them a try? They did not disappoint. Their tech Rene (also the person who took down my lights. Bonus points for staff continuity!) arrived right on time and was very friendly & professional. This company showed up in my house to do service without me ordering it, regardless how many time I emailed/ texted and told them don’t come to my house as it is not accessible several weeks ahead, spamming me with email text that the appointment is coming up. I have used them once before and they just show up do services without me confirming or ordering afterwards. Poor communication didn’t respond at all and thinking to force customers to accept service without any permission, this is transpassing and dishonest business.
We have used ProClean’s gutter and roof blowing services for the past 5 years and have been very satisfied. Recently, ProClean’s technican – Marty – performed gutter cleaning at the house. Marty was very thorough and performed an excellent job in cleaning the gutters. He also did a great job blowing away and rinsing away the debris from the gutters that fell on the deck, porch, driveway and the yard.
