Hired the ProCleanTeam to clean our gutters and apply a moss treatment to our roof. In the process of cleaning the gutters, they cracked the windshield on our car. They have gone radio silent and are not responding to my emails or phone calls (1.5 months later), despite having acknowledged the damage at the time it happened. Seriously, don't even bother with these guys. They rescheduled my gutter cleaning like a million times, then showed up a day later without a notice. They didn't seem to care much. Not worth the hassle. Find someone else.

I hadn’t realized that the company that set up my holiday lights last year, Santa’s Sidekicks, is the Pro Clean Team the rest of the year. I’d been pleased with their work, prices & communication on the lights so when I learned about their other services, why not give them a try? They did not disappoint. Their tech Rene (also the person who took down my lights. Bonus points for staff continuity!) arrived right on time and was very friendly & professional.
