Brett performed excellent professional service.; was also very courteous. I needed help in determining if I still need my water softener now that Greene County has lowered the hardness of it water to 8 grains per gallon. Determined my unit is at 4 grains per gallon and that I can still use my unit to lower the incoming water from 8 to 4 grains without hurting the pipes. My unit will now use a lot less salt.
