Javier is one of the Best trainers in the game! He’s personable and very knowledgeable. I love the way he teaches you the proper technique and the science behind nutrition…Game Changer! Javier is the best trainer, I have ever worked with. He is passionate about not just getting results but ensuring you are accurately executing the right movements and making sure you are counting your macros correctly. Javier is big on educating his clients and not just working them out and only dealing with them only in your sessions. I definitely have learned so much with Javier and love what I am seeing so far. Javier is wonderful and makes you feel very comfortable. He pushes you the right amount and listens to what you want and don’t want to do. He helped me get to my leanest weight I’ve ever been at. He is also very accommodating and will fit you into his schedule however he can. I highly recommend giving him a shot and allowing him to help. Remember though - body change is a two way street!!
