Dr Kowal is amazing but the practice manager Roberto Pieri there is the rudest pig I have ever encountered. I hope he has his license as a medical practitioner revoked. I feel so sad for the staff who have to work with him - if he speaks to patients with such aggression and anger, he most definitely treats his staff that way too.
Thanks Dr Kowal. He was so knowledgeable, made us feel at ease. Really good with young children and thorough. The team there take the time and is really patient.
The Doctors here are brilliant.
