The Prism has a trendy vibe, but it's overpriced for what you get. I ordered a cocktail that was watered down, and the food portions were tiny. The music was too loud, making conversation difficult. Overall, it felt like a place that's more about looks than substance. Not worth the hype.
I visited The Prism expecting a modern, upscale experience, but it fell short. The service was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping. My order was incorrect, and when I pointed it out, they were dismissive. The ambiance was nice, but it didn't make up for the poor service. Won't be returning.

Grace is WONDERFUL!! I have consistently been a client of hers for both brows & the head spa - and I have always left having had an excellent experience. She is welcoming, kind, and talented at what she does. I couldn’t recommend her more! 🙌🏼
Amazing experience!! First headspa ever and I can't stop talking about it. Owner is friendly and her massage chair is to die for. Highly recommend!!
