I just wanted to say thank you for the great experience I had when bringing my young son in to urgent care today. The two nurses on shift, Jesse and Mimmi were so lovely and attentive to both me and my son. Dr Rahman was very thorough and knowledgeable and gave advice on treating my son’s condition, as well as advice on a further follow up for him. In total we only waited an hour to be assessed, which is brilliant! I highly recommend this service and am so grateful they were able to see my son so quickly.
Came in this morning for treatment and cannot fault the place at all. Usually when I’m unwell I wait till I can see my regular GP but unfortunately I just couldn’t wait this time. Reception staff were helpful and polite. I was seen very quickly but I did go when they opened at 8am to avoid delays. Not sure what the wait times are like later in the day. Doctor was great and thorough.
Just don’t go there, it will waste your time ending up with zero treatment.
Very good service. Less wait time and bulk billing. Experience Doctor and nurses make service even much better.
