I took my daughter just after 8pm on the 17/05/26 because she was complaining about her head being heavy due to a football injury 4 hours prior. When it was 9:30pm, the receptionist told me that I would have to take my daughter to Sunshine or to Bacchus Marsh, because the clinic will close at 10pm and that they still had lots of patients waiting. To the rude nurse today yelling at people to move if your waiting for pathology maybe read your own sign. There are 3 rows of chairs the sign is in between the first 2 rows indicating you can sit in the 3rd, which is behind you as your read the sign. If you’re that unhappy at work that you need to yell at sick people good for you. There are some really nice caring nurses out there but people like you need to get a new profession.

Very disappointing experience at this urgent care clinic. We brought in our toddler, who already had a fever, and despite being told that our case was high priority, the doctor completely skipped us in the queue and started seeing another patient instead. It was only after a receptionist reminded the doctor that we had been waiting that the issue was acknowledged. What a horrible place. I would give it -100 if I could. Urgent care disgusting. I took my daughter there because she was suffering from RSV. Because she had pneumonia 2 yrs ago and her lungs are scared I was worried, RSV is respiratory. We were told there was a 3hr wait time. The triage nurse just sat there, while the first girl took our details. We were told that there is nothing that could get us seen faster. As a HCP myself I can tell their skills to triage patients requires training. I was about 16 weeks pregnant and had some abdominal pain (most likely braxton hicks or caused by bloating), I decided to present here to have an assessment with Dr. They did urine dipstick test stating it showed blood traces and asked me to go to ED straight away.
