I had an amazing stay and Kingston from valet was extremely helpful!! Will definitely be coming back!!
Hotel was physically great, as was the valet team. YG went above and beyond to make sure we knew how valet worked at this location and the conveniences of the online options. However, the front desk staff needed some help. While they were not unpleasant, we were not greeted once or really even acknowledge.
