Overall the staff are kind people. But due to the negligence of Dr Saibil, my grandmother has been in immense pain for months now. She’s been to the ER in St Catherine’s 4 times in the past few months, including last night, and Dr Saibil doesn’t even want to see her when she comes in for treatment today. He hasn’t performed an examination on her because her cancer is vulvar, so I assume it’s because it makes him uncomfortable, which is laughable as a doctor. PM has been an amazing experience. The specialist all very caring and understanding. Base of tongue and lymphoma. It was a rough go with reaction to chemo ...kidney failure..ect but trusted the care and experience of sll the caring staff. We cant say enough about a terrible experience. Exceptional experience with the Care Team from PMH-UHN at the TG 123 Edward St. location. Receptionist/assistant care, nurse care and Dr. Perlis's advanced fusion biopsy technique was outstanding, the very best one on one personal care I've ever received. You're not just a number with this care team. Many thanks for creating a great experience under the circumstances.
