This conglomerate owns the complex I live in. They have recently required all residents in all of their properties to use an AI assisted program to pay rent, issue maintenance requests, and handle all correspondence between us and on site leasing staff. If you call the leasing office as a resident, you are put on hold and then the call drops you.
