Repaired the washer in less than 7 days
As a long-time resident, I highly recommend this great dog friendly community. The entire Prime Team (leasing office, front desk team, and maintenance group) is fantastic, always friendly, and continually go above and beyond to make you feel at home!! In addition, the building is within walking distance to the metro, lots of great restaurants, and Whole Foods.
Beautiful apartment inside and out! Close to the city life, restaurants, and high-end shopping but just far away enough to be a quiet retreat. Staff is friendly, professional, and quick to attend to all of our needs.
Just discovered significant standing water on The Prime's G2-level storage unit. This is the second time that I know of that The Prime has had significant water in the storage unit area. Residents' property is sitting in water right now. I pay $70/month to storage my property down here. I'll let you make up your own mind as to whether management is on the ball or not... or whether us residents are getting ripped off...
We love our apartment. Its the best one bedroom apartment we could find in the Arlington area. The staff is great.
