Beautiful set up condo. Host was beyond helpful and polite throughout the entire process. Would absolutely recommend to others and stay again myself!!
Idle Springs home was perfect for our weekend getaway to visit our kids at IWU! Allowed us time to make dinner and hang out in a great place.
Preusz is greedy. His properties are usually good, well built & maintained, but you can never get him or his company to fix anything & if he does respond, it's 6 months later or more. Everyone in Marion knows Preusz, having spoken to various Marion residents, doing business with him can be difficult.
I work for Jon doing various remodeling projects on his properties. He treats us fairly, is a good communicator and a loyal customer. Thank you!
