Idle Springs home was perfect for our weekend getaway to visit our kids at IWU! Allowed us time to make dinner and hang out in a great place.
Preusz is greedy. His properties are usually good, well built & maintained, but you can never get him or his company to fix anything & if he does respond, it's 6 months later or more. Everyone in Marion knows Preusz, having spoken to various Marion residents, doing business with him can be difficult.
I work for Jon doing various remodeling projects on his properties. He treats us fairly, is a good communicator and a loyal customer. Thank you!
