We recently celebrated a 18th birthday at [The Prestige Venue], and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The staff was incredibly accommodating, making sure every detail was taken care of so we could just enjoy the celebration. They were very helpful and executed the party as we wished. They were on top of everything, the decorations, food, everything was excellent. Everyone , including us had a great time. We wish the venue was bigger so we can host more people! We would definitely work with them again!
I would hands down recommend this venue to anyone looking for an affordable, very easy, and beautiful venue. April was so nice and helpful. I never felt overwhelmed, or stressed. April was accommodating to any changes. Even the day of she helped with small mishaps. I was worried the parking would be an issue but turned out fine. I had my daughter’s first birthday here and it was wonderful. The space is perfect! The security were super kind and helpful, they were making sure everything was safe while maintaining a distance. There was about 80 people there and there was still space to dance! The decorations were absolutely beautiful and Apryll and Josh were amazing.
Their customer service over the phone is terrible the lady by the name of April was not professional and rude will never recommend this place. If your terrible over the phone I can only imagine what the in person experience is, glad I didn’t put any money into this place.
