I LOVED staying at this hotel!! It was my first time staying at one of Marriott's autograph collections, and I'm sold. The decor was stunning. Just so cool. The staff was friendly. I ordered room service, and they were prompt and friendly. Plus, the food was so tasty! Great beds. Ideal location. I'd totally come back here again!!
I cannot write enough good things about my recent experience with The Press. We had our elopement ceremony in one of their private rooms and the service and support from staff was amazing! Our planning manager Haly was key to making such a great experience for us even better than we could have planned. Excellent offering from Marriott's Autograph collection. In the middle of everything. Walkable to all kinds of shops, entertainment and dining.
Not the cheapest but my favorite place to stay in Portland. Cool building with a history, well located.
We had a great stay at the Press Hotel in October to celebrate a wedding anniversary. Staff were pleasant and knowledgeable and the location is great. Close to all we wanted to do. We did not dine in the restaurant but it looked lovely. The room we were in was nice and spacious with a comfy bed and really nice bathroom. Our only complaint is that the heating/cooling in our room did not seem to work efficiently. We would set the thermostat to 66 to sleep and it would never get below 68 degrees in the room.
