Let me start by saying I loved the food, ambiance, and drinks here, hands down. BUT, what I'm most *sincerely impressed* with just happens to be in regards to what first started out as a bad situation. I initially had a negative experience with staff at this restaurant and had posted about it; not really expecting anything whatsoever to come from it.
