As a previous owner of a property management company, I am envious that we could never seem to achieve the same level of service that the staff at The Preserve provides with ease on a daily basis. The property is always clean, the maintenance staff is helpful and friendly whether you are asking for help or not. Within the actual apartment it is very soundproof. My husband and I moved here from Shockoe Bottom 2 1/2 years ago and we still love it!!! I have worked in property management for over 15 years and am always impressed with how well the staff does here. They are so attentive and quick to help with any issues (although you would be hard pressed to find one). Maintenance always responds within 24 hours and when they come in, they make a point of saying hi to our dog. The Preserve…Great location!!!I have lived at The Preserve for 3 years and regrettably I must say that the quality of life at The Preserve has declined over the past 6 to 9 months. Inconsistent operation of the elevators, dogs running the halls off their leash, trash shoot is regularly clogged and trash rooms are regularly filled with trash.
