I love this place. The staff is helpful and always willing to help the residents. I have lived here a year and a half and have never regretted it. The residents are wonderful.

No water for the last 4 days due to a broken pipe in the building. Plumbers have been working to fix but cannot. This complex is all about the money. Repeated maintenance issues due to maintenance men taking naps in hiding places( ex. stairwells and the model ). I know it seems like I don’t like it here, but you couldn’t find a better group of residents that treat each other like family. That is the reason people stay here.

Day 4 and counting without water. 2 different companies have been here to fix this problem. When a city has a water main break they stay with it until repairs are complete. You just shouldn’t knock off for the day and come back the next day. No bathing,no toilets and many more inconveniences arise from this situation. Also there seems to be mold in the walls of the riser room where the break is at. That didn’t just start 4 days ago. It tells me it has been an ongoing problem.
