WARNING!! Do not lease here under any circumstances. This place scams residents with bogus move-out charges. The review under mine shows another resident facing the same problem so there’s obviously a clear pattern in their behavior. I was billed $700 weeks after moving out and had to message them multiple times over several weeks just to attempt to dispute it. Overall, I had no problems while living here. The problems began after move-out, where I got a $700 charge weeks after paying routine move-out fees. They sent an email stating that photos of the (alleged) damage would be available on my portal, but no photos or any itemized description of the alleged damage was available. I’ve lived at The Preserve for a year and, unfortunately, the experience didn’t match the price point. At over $1,150/month w/ utilities for a one-bedroom, I expected more reliability, security, and basic livability. There were several recurring issues during my time here. Trash was often left in the breezeways for days, and the smell of weed through my air vent areas was a frequent problem. Water pressure in my unit was poor, and hot water was inconsistent at best.
