Just moved my daughter in and the process was so easy. From getting the key to moving into a clean apartment i would highly recommend. Brand new dishwasher and couch. Lots of natural light. Overall very satisfied.
Easiest move-in ever!! The apartment was sparkling clean and so were the grounds. The staff at The Preserve is so nice. It’s been a great experience.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
I would not recommend living here. The apartment was decent enough, but management’s move-out billing is ridiculous. Even though I cleaned the unit thoroughly, I was charged a massive amount for no reason. Save yourself the headache and avoid the stress of dealing with their move-out fees.
Absolutely loved living at the Preserve! Just finished moving out and the only reason is because we wanted a bigger space. Truly no better place and management in Tuscaloosa (and I’ve lived in several student housing apartments) I had the best experience here and highly recommend for anyone to sign a lease here! I will definitely miss the pool the most :(
