Only buy DR Horton homes if you are planning on selling within a year. they give you 11 months warranty that is useless because they Never respond. you file a claim and someone from Wilmington will email you back usually stating that they receive you warranty claim and forward to the trade. they trade never calls or contact you. I file two claim so far since August 2022 and I have yet to hear from anyone beyond the person in Wilmington. I try contacting the person in Wilmington but all they do there is sending me back to the... read more
