Wayne was fantastic and so helpful!
Been living here for a few months now. Always appreciate the punctual help and assistance from the office and staff. Special shout out for Wayne on the maintenance team as well. He took care of issues we had right away with no wait time and even when a part had to be ordered for the A/C repair he offered up a window unit to help keep our apartment cool during one of our lovely summertime heat waves. They clearly care about their residents and put a lot of effort into making the living experience here comfortable.
The Preserve is such a fantastic place. After trying to sell our house in Georgia, we stayed in their guest suite that our daughter rented out for us (she lives here), and when the house didn't sell, we decided to get an apartment here in the meantime. We toured other places, but nothing beats the neighborhood and the friendly staff at The Preserve. Dana, Stephanie, Dawson, Wayne, and Trevor are the best. My wife and I love our new apartment!
Trevor and Wayne were the service technicians that assisted me. They came, checked in to find out the problem, and were able to diagnose the issue quickly. They fixed the issue with my AC then confirmed it was fixed.
It’s so wonderful when owners of rental properties take pride in the community. Preserve at the Meadows is such a property! They recently completed a total repaving of the entire complex and when the rains stop I hear landscaping will begin! 😁
