So many positive things to say about the staff at the Preserves. Trevor and Wayne are there to handle any and all maintenance issues and be a good friend to my daughter, Amy. Dawson is awesome in helping and facilitating a move to a different unit. Wouldn't have happened without Dawson! Dana helped get the new lease ready, even though a network issue. We are so thankful for the staff to help and support Amy
I’ve lived at Preserve at the Meadows since 2019, and I’ve seen several changes in management during that time. While the frequent turnover has sometimes been frustrating, I do appreciate the recent improvements around the property. The repaving of the parking lot and the start of the exterior painting project are definite upgrades that will really help the community look better overall. Wayne was super respectful and efficient in fixing my repair issue. The process was incredibly easy. File a repair request in the online portal and a few days later a repairman was knocking on my door. I've lived here for 4 years and have always been satisfied with the service I've received.
Final Update – Moved out Early 2025: The grass really is sometimes greener on the Preserve’s side. After 3.5 years there, we moved to a new apartment complex - and to be honest, there are definitely aspects I miss and even regret leaving behind. Where the Preserve Shined (vs. our current place): 1. Maintenance: Faster response times, more reliable fixes, and overall better upkeep (including a much cleaner pool).
