The Retreat was an amazing place to tour. The Leasing Consultant, Daniel, was a great help when it came to breaking down what to expect when moving in, as well as showing the properties. If you are in the market for a new home, I would definitely consider checking out, The Retreat.
I have lived at the Preserve for 6 years now. Yes this community has had it ups and downs, but i have to say the new management is on point. When there is a issue with something they try there best to Fix it. I am looking forward to the new stuff to come to this community and looking forward to a new year to come.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Living here has been one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences imaginable. We’ve dealt with roach infestations after a neighboring unit moved out and mold growing in the carpet by our front door. Because their policy doesn’t allow doormats, moisture builds up immediately as you walk in — creating a serious health concern we’ve been fighting to have addressed for months. Amazing place to live! I’ve really enjoyed my time at The Preserve at Spring Lake. The community is quiet, clean, and beautifully maintained. The staff is always friendly, The apartments are spacious, modern, and comfortable, and the location is perfect-close to everything but still peaceful. I also love the amenities, especially the pool and fitness center. Overall, it’s a great place to call home and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and welcoming community.
