If I could give zero stars, I would. Living here has been one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences imaginable. We’ve dealt with roach infestations after a neighboring unit moved out and mold growing in the carpet by our front door. Because their policy doesn’t allow doormats, moisture builds up immediately as you walk in — creating a serious health concern we’ve been fighting to have addressed for months. Amazing place to live! I’ve really enjoyed my time at The Preserve at Spring Lake. The community is quiet, clean, and beautifully maintained. The staff is always friendly, The apartments are spacious, modern, and comfortable, and the location is perfect-close to everything but still peaceful. I also love the amenities, especially the pool and fitness center. Overall, it’s a great place to call home and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and welcoming community.
I went on a tour today with my husband, and the service was excellent. Carleen gave us some rental options and was very friendly. We think it’s a good option because it’s close to our workplace.
Dear Community Manager, I visited your office two times to see you & called 3 times but no response, unfortunately the office assistant refused to provide your name, email address & contact number. She stated you are covering for the position from a different office which is quite understandable. WARNING: Do NOT move here! For over a week, raw sewage has been backing up into my bathtub and toilet, filling my bathroom with filthy water (other peoples feeces). I’ve called and submitted multiple requests, i’ve been disregarded and management still says they “don’t know when it will be fixed.” This is very inconvenient for me that i can’t even shower in my own home.
