I moved here in January everything was going great up until my apartment had a strong smell of Marihuana which I first called and asked if smoking was allowed which I was told No. A few weeks went by management did nothing, after 2 weeks I expressed my concern again and they said they taken necessary action. Today my apartment stinks again management fixed nothing. Mind you the smell is so strong it makes me nauseous. I do not recommend this place at all. Management doesn’t properly handle this type of issues.
I wouldn’t move here! Cars get broken into, management company sucks and they lie to you and get caught in a lie.They pick and choose which residents can have certain things on their patios. Apartment was horrible at move in. You have one maintenance person sleeping with residents and having drinks with them. Only good staff member was the maintenance supervisor!
Everything about this apartment is amazing! "I recently moved into this apartment complex, and I couldn't be happier! The management team is incredibly responsive and helpful, always addressing any concerns promptly. The amenities are top-notch, especially the gym and pool area, which are always clean and well-maintained. The location is perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. I’ve been living in this condominium for about a year and a half, and I can say that the entire staff is always attentive to our needs. They respond promptly to any issues or requests. It’s a wonderful place to live, with beautiful facilities as well. I hope it continues that way for a long time.🫶🏻
