My husband thought he found a great apartment but there has been German roaches even before we moved our belongings in. We have NEVER experienced roaches before. I have been avoiding my apartment due to this. Oh and maintenance request take several days. My apartment (not even a week of moved in) had a broken dryer, light fixtures out. I’m unsure if they truly inspected and prepared for anyone to move in. The place wasn’t even clean when moving in. Just called here to get some information about moving in as we remodel and put our home on the market and within 5 seconds I could tell I would never rent here. The person on the phone was rude, short, annoyed, and not helpful. You learn all you need to know within the first few seconds. I then called my first choice apartment complex as soon as I hung up with these people and they provided me with so much information.
