Day 180- still an ongoing issue. They refuse to fix the issue. I moved here in January everything was going great up until my apartment had a strong smell of Marihuana which I first called and asked if smoking was allowed which I was told No. A few weeks went by management did nothing, after 2 weeks I expressed my concern again and they said they taken necessary action. I've been here for five pleasant months so far. The buildings and property are well maintained, and it's been nice and quiet. Management has been great, and the one minor maintenance request I had was resolved within 24 hours. Would recommend.
My experience at Preserve was top tier the team was amazing, I went through some issues on my end and Dillan help me through everything until we fixed the problem and got me into me beautiful apartment. They worked as a team which I love to see. Danny she was also a big help! Thank you team for working with me
The Preserve at Spring Creek is a great place to live! The entire complex is always clean, well maintained and useable. The office staff is great and very attentive to everyone's needs. We enjoyed our lives here very much! There are two pools, so they are never crowded. There are great lounging areas, many BBQ pits and beautiful walkways to enjoy some fresh air or walk your furry friend. EXTREME NEGLIGENCE FROM MANAGEMENT We’ve been dealing with an extremely serious issue at The Preserve that has put the health and well-being of my family at risk — especially our 4-year-old child.
