Exceptional Management and a Beautiful Community! I have loved living at The Preserve at Spring Creek! The process from applying to moving in was smooth thanks to the professionalism of the office staff. Cheryl (the Property Manager) and April (the Assistant Manager) are both exceptional and they are always friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. They make sure this community is run efficiently. If you're looking for a great place to call home, this is it!
This has been one of the most stressful apartment experiences I’ve ever had. When I transferred units in August 2025, I was told my lease would still end in December 2025. Months later, I discovered the complex had my lease ending in August 2026—something I was never informed of and something that never showed up on the mobile portal I use every day.
