I lived here for four years. While initially, I did love my ground floor apartment there I soon came to realize it had a lot of issues. The first three years it was constantly flooding from ground water being brought back inside from The closet in the hallway. This happened about every three months. Eventually, the problem was solved, but it did take three years. Then someone on the third floor above me, hit a pipe I assume because it flooded the apartment above me and then flowed into mine. I called several apartment complexes before deciding on Spring Creek. I asked them all the same questions. Spring Creek is by far the best complex in Clarksville. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. Call them and I guarantee you will choose Spring Creek as well!.
I have loved living in this complex,I don't use a lot of the amenities because I work overnight,I do love the dog park and having the manager and maintenance onsite for any emergencies that might occur overnight or on the weekend. The front office ladies have always been friendly on the rare occasions that I stop by.
Apartment complex that feels like your childhood neighborhood. The ladies in the office always greet you with a smile and gave got coffee available. I love this complex, from the wonderful amenities to spacious floor plans. The clubhouse is perfect when you have an event to plan and don't want extra people in your home, do you play pool? there's even a pool table provided.
